These Web pages use SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format to display images of the family tree. You will need an SVG Viewer plug-in for browser in order to view them.
The Mozilla Firefox browser for Windows, Linux and Mac platforms has native support for SVG from version 1.5 Beta and above and can be used to view and manipulate these family tree images.
If you are using Microsoft's Internet Explorer and the family tree graphic is not shown, please install Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0x in order to get the best presentation.
Mozilla Firefox browser can also recognise the Adobe SVG Viewer provided you copy the necessary NPSVG3.dll from the Adobe directory to the plugins-directory. (normally from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\SVG Viewer 3.0\Plugins to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins after you have downloaded and installed it. You will also need to access the Firefox configuration parameters (type about:config in the address line and press enter) and set svg.enabled to false to turn off the internal SVG Engine.
